How Do I Book A Room?
You can book a room directly from our website - simply click on 'Book Now' when looking at the particular room you want. Your details will automatically be sent to our Property Manager who will be in touch to confirm they have received the booking.
Once your details have been entered into our system, an administration fee is required to cover the cost of processing your booking. This can be paid via bank transfer. Our Property Managers can process payments and provide banking details.
When your administration fee has been received, you will be sent your tenancy documents to sign and send back to us. After that all you need to do is start packing!
What do I Need To Bring?
The main items you will need are your bedding and kitchen utensils. If you are travelling far and don’t want the hassle of too much luggage, Ziggurat can provide bedding and kitchen packs for a small additional fee.
If this is your first time moving into student halls, we’ve created a useful list for new students that we believe are the essential items for move-ins:
- Identification such as passport or driving licence;
- Decorations to give your room a nice personal touch;
- Toilet Roll, Milk, Tea bags & Coffee (so you can relax as soon as you move in!);
- Books and stationary (after all, you are here to study)
If you’re an international student, don’t forget the change in weather and bring a good coat!
